Club Championship Tournament
Note: This is not an MGA event
Field: Any Hamilton Mill Canongate Members, 18 years and older

Sign-up Cut Off - Sunday August 9th (COB)
Competition will include a Championship Division and a Handicap Division.
Participants must state their selected Division on the registration form.

Championship Division
54 holes of stroke play - Total Gross Score - (Friday, Sat & Sun)
Assigned Tee Times - Play will be from the Couples (black) Tees
The individual with the Lowest Gross Score in this Division
will be the CLUB CHAMPION!
The Club Champion's name will be placed on the
Hamilton Mill Golf Club (HMGC) Championship Plaque!
Handicap (Net) Division
36 holes of stroke play (Sat & Sun only) - Assigned Tee Times
Total Net Score based on 100% of the course handicap.
All competitors must have an established USGS Handicap Index.
Division will have (3) groups; Blue, Gold or White Tees - "Your Choice"
USGA Rule 3.5 will be used for Handicap adjustment
General Notes and Rules
Individual Handicap Index will be used for ranking players within the GROUPS
and for establishing multiple flights, as required.
If you are participating in the Tournament, you are not allowed to play other than during your assigned Tee Time within the competition; in other words, an emergency nine, just to practice will mean disqaulification (USGA Rules).
All participants will play at their designated Tee Times.
There will be no exceptions.
Failure to play at your designated Tee Time will result in automatic
and immediate disqualification.
Cost and Payouts
$65.00 per player, includes lunch on Sunday
(order direct from the Freddie's Grille Menu)
Trophies will be awarded for 1st and 2nd place in each flight;
an additional Trophy will be awarded to the low Gross/Net Player (overall)
Pro Shop credits will be awarded to those individuals
that finish in the top places in each flight.
The number of positions and the payouts will be determined
by the number of participants.
