All adult male members of Hamilton Mill Golf Club (HMGC), who are at least 18 years of age and in good standing with Hamilton Mill Golf Club, are eligible to become a member of the Men’s Golf Association (MGA) of Hamilton Mill Golf Club by subscribing to its By Laws and by payment of the annual dues.  The current annual dues are $35. Membership in the MGA is on an annual renewable basis. Membership includes eligibility to play in all MGA sponsored tournaments, the regular Saturday & Sunday morning MGA Par-Point game and other social events.  A current USGA/GSGA handicap is required to participate in golf events.   Membership applications can be completed and submitted online or at the HMGC Pro Shop.  Upon review and acceptance of the application by the MGA Board, the annual dues will be billed to your HMGC account.  New members that join between October 1 and December 31 will have their dues applied to the next year's membership. Dues are not refundable or transferable.  The MGA membership will automatically renew at the start of each calendar year unless the member cancels his membership.  All cancellation requests should be submitted by e-mail to mga@hamiltonmillgolf.org or presented in writing to a current MGA Board member.   Annual dues will be automatically billed through HMGC and will appear on the HMGC January billing statement.
